4.2 Bonus Usage Conditions

Any fraudulent attempt or misuse of the system related to bonuses will result in the bonus and associated winnings being cancelled. For example, a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 at Silver level gives a cashback of ৳20,000 × 1.0% = ৳200. VIP level is based on activity on the platform.

4.4 Promotional Changes

nbaji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time. If the terms of an ongoing offer change, the update will be published on the website.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nbaji platform:

• Any form of fraud, deception, or system manipulation.
• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to bet or play games.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal payments.
• Attempting unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform.
• Placing bets or managing accounts on behalf of third parties.

In the event of any of the above violations, nbaji may close the account without notice and forfeit all balances. Legal action will be taken where applicable.

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

Once a bet is accepted on nbaji, requests to change or cancel it are generally not accepted, unless there is a technical error or an event cancellation. Odds displayed in the betting market are subject to change and settlement will be based on the odds at the time the bet was confirmed.

6.2 Event Cancellation or Suspension

If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or not completed within the scheduled time, nbaji will settle the result in accordance with standard betting rules. If the bet is voided in such cases, the original stake will be returned.
